How will you ship my order?
The majority of our orders are shipped via UPS or the U.S. Postal Service.

Our in-stock items ship within 7 business days from the receipt of your order.

How can I track my order?
Due to disruptions in transportation services, some shipments may be temporarily delayed. We pledge to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Orders shipped by the standard ground option cannot be tracked door to door. Orders shipped by UPS can be tracked via its Web site.

How much does shipping cost?
To find the shipping cost for an item, follow these steps

  • Place the item in your cart, then click "Proceed to Checkout." (You will not have to purchase the item when you enter Checkout. You can enter and leave Checkout as often as you want without committing to a purchase.)
  • Sign in with your email address and password. (If you are a new customer, your information will be saved only if you decide to complete the purchase.)
  • Enter or select a shipping address.
  • On the Shipping Method page, you will see the shipping and handling costs for the item next to each shipping method. You can complete your purchase by choosing a shipping method and finishing the order process, or you can click your browser's "Back" button to exit Checkout without completing the purchase.
