Our return and exchange policy.
Returns or exchanges will be accepted if made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges for exchagned items are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent. If you are not satisfied with a purchase and timely return the item undamaged, you will receive a credit towards future purchase(s). Shipping and gift wrapping charges are not refundable unless you were sent an incorrect, damaged or defective item.

How can I return an item by mail?
To return or exchange an item by mail, please fill out the Items to Be Returned or Exchanged section on the back of our invoice. Indicating the item you are returning. If you desire an exhange, describe the new item you would like sent. Please be as specific as possible when describing the new item. For example, specify the item name, color, and size that you desire.
