Using the Shopping Cart
When you see an item you'd like to purchase, simply click "Add to Cart" next to the item. That puts the item in your shopping cart and takes you to the Shopping Cart page, where you'll be able to view the items you've added to your cart. You can also change the quantity of each item you've selected and remove items, if you want. From your cart, you can either check out or continue to shop.

Payment Options
We accept the following major credit cards issued by U.S. banks: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept debit cards (also called "check cards," "ATM cards" or "banking cards") but only those with a Visa or MasterCard logo on the front. We're sorry, but at this time we do not accept checks, money orders or credit cards issued by foreign (non-U.S.) banks. Please do not send cash.

Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied only to orders that are shipped to an address in Illinois. Shipping and handling charges are subject to sales tax in Illinois only if required by state law. Sales tax will be refunded for approved return items.

How to Cancel or Change an Order
You can cancel an order anytime during Checkout by clicking "Cancel." You can also cancel an order provided that we have not already finished processing the order for shipment. For Customer Service, call 1-773-637-3800 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. (CT) Monday-Friday, or leave a message after hours and on weekends and holidays. If you need to change an existing order, you can either cancel the order anytime during Checkout and place a new one, or you can place add a new order for items that you did not include in the first order. We will do our best to act on your request to cancel orders after you have placed them. However, we fill orders quickly and may have processed your order for shipping. If we are unable to cancel your order before it has been processed, be assured that you can return any unwanted items to us after you receive them. You will have the option of returning the items to us by mail or directly to one of our stores, whichever is more convenient for you. Instructions on how to return items will arrive with your order.
