How can I track my order?
Due to disruptions in transportation services, some shipments may be temporarily delayed. We pledge to deliver your orders as soon as possible. Orders shipped by the standard ground option cannot be tracked door to door. Orders shipped by UPS can be tracked via its Web site.

What is exchange policy?
Exchanges will be accepted if made on undamaged merchandise within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase. Shipping charges for exchanged items are not refundable, and shipping will be charged for the new item(s) sent.

No. Each IrishImports store carries an assortment of merchandise that is chosen to serve that store's particular customers. If you don't see a particular item you want, we may carry it later -- so please check with us again.
